Ha mensen,
dit hier is me op emportal.info tegengekomen en ik dacht dat het misschien van belang is voor degenen die van het werk van Conny Schnitzler (voormalig lid van Tangerine Dream, Kluster enz.) houden:
"The collaboration "20070709" of Conrad Schnitzler and Bernhard Wöstheinrich is out now!
You can listen to the sample and get it at musiczeit.com
Conrad Schnitzler (b. Düsseldorf, 1937) is a prolific German experimental musician. Schnitzler has been a major, though reclusive, figure on the European music scene since the late 1960s. Schnitzler was an early member of Tangerine Dream (1969 - 1970) and a founder of the band Kluster. He left Kluster in 1971, first working with his group Eruption and then focusing on solo works.
Bernhard Wöstheinrich (born in 196
is an experimental musician mostly known for his work with centrozoon and his solo project under the moniker "The Redundant Rocker".
Bernhard met Conrad to do an interview for the German KEYBOARDS magazine in 2007. There was an instant connection between the two, so Conrad gave Bernhard 4 CDs to "remix", i.e. to produce a new record from the source material.
The "remix" was done using an automatic self-referential audio process, the result of which was slightly re-arranged by Wöstheinrich afterwards.
Here it is - a compelling abstract 62 minute landscape of industrial beauty." Groeten en bedankt voor het lezen,
Stephen (ik heb er trouwens niet aan meegewerkt
