Nieuwe update MC-909

This update adds an additional 117 Preset Patches, 118 Preset Patterns, 17 Preset Rhythm Kits and 9 Preset Samples. This update also adds several new features including the Sample Machine Gun function.

Er zit ook een nieuwe feature bij genaamd Setup Mixer, zo te zien je mixer settings per step te editen..

Altijd makkelijk om ook ff een linkje naar de bewuste update te geven:

Verder vindt ik aditional presets echt geen OS update. Dat zijn gewoon extra presets.

De overige opties klinken leuk maar ik heb niet zo'n ding dus geen idee wat het doet. Je krijgt iig geval meer extra functionaliteit dan ik bij de laatste RS7000 OS update.

This document explains the improvements that have been added in MC-909 Ver.1.2.
The following improvements have been made in conjunction with the change from version 1.1 to version 1.2 of
the MC-909.
Enhancements to the Song Edit function (p. 2)
A Setup Mixer screen has been added to Song Edit. This allows you to easily edit the Level, Pan, Key Shift,
Reverb, Mute, and BPM of each step.
The new Sample Machine Gun function (p. 4)
A new Sample Machine Gun lets you loop a sample at high speed by turning a knob. Simply turn the MATRIX
CTRL knob to hear this effect.
Newly added Patterns, Patches, and Rhythm Sets (p. 6)
A large number of new patterns have been added. Special patches for the SRX series expansion boards have
also been added.
* In addition to the SRX-05 special patches provided in MC-909 Ver.1.1, this update adds special patches for the
SRX-01–SRX-04 and SRX-06–SRX-10.

Die patches zijn waarschijnlijk gebasseerd op bestaande samples, dus het klinkt leuk..maar zegt nix.

Step edit voor de mixer ziet er leuk uit, maar wat ik wil zien vertikken ze bij Roland (keyrange samples)

Ik heb het linkje er ff bijgezet.

Had de link er inmiddels al bij gezet dus beetje overbodig maar goed.

Heb de update geinstalleerd, en het werkt...

Ziet er eigenlijk wel hoopvol uit deze update.
Ik had begrepen dat er geen nieuwe functies meer zouden komen (stond geloof ik op yahoo forum), alleen maar bugfixes, dit is toch wel aardig. Ook de patterns en patches zijn de moeite.
De nieuwe Sample Machine Gun is een soort van chopper effect met sample start...
Beetje aan een knopje draaien en de sample gaat loopen, knop terugdraaien en de sample speelt weer gewoon,
ik kan me voorstellen dat daar wel wat mee te grooven valt
