The TC Electronic Finailizer is an all in one Mastering unit. You need to be careful because this is one of the most powerful mastering tools on the market. You can master you audio using it's multi-band compressor limiter as well as convert, enhance and bring things you would never hear otherwise.
The Finalizer runs at 96kHz and 24-bit depth so your audio signal path is clear. The 30 presets can be used to generate high quality masters. You can also roll-your-own mastering effects using the TC Electronic Wizard. The wizard allows you to specify four parameters and then creates the effect preset and away you go.
I would suggest reading the Bob Katz Mastering Tutorial before using this power mastering weapon. Again this processor is very very powerful and you can easily overdo it. You need to learn to really listen to what the processor is doing and not just make the mix as loud as possible.
The Finalizer can make it really really loud - slam it to the absolute maximum level.
