Ola!

Via de Blacet mailing list:

We have an extreme excess of Multi panels (do to a series of unfortunate events!).

Rather than toss them, perhaps someone out there can figure out a module that would
use *only* the existing holes (we can strip and rescreen the printing).

There are 5 jack holes and one pot hole. You can look at the panel here:
http://www.blacet.com/multi.html

You don't have to draw up any schematics; just figure out the general purpose and
label the panel.

I don't know what the prize will be yet but it will be something good, depending on
the "brilliance" of the concept.

I reserve the right to forget the whole thing if no one comes forth with anything
useable!

Send entries to blacet at blacet.com with "Blacet Contest" in the subject line. You can
send a .jpg and/or a written description.

Contest ends upon my whim.

The ANALOG SHIFT REGISTER is a sequential sample and hold module for producing arabesque-like forms in musical space. Whenever pulsed, the previously held voltage is sent down the line to three consecutive outputs to produce the electrical equivalent of a canonic musical structure. A pulse output permits linking two or more Analog Shift Registers together to form longer patterns. The DUAL ANALOG SHIFT REGISTER is available for high-density systems.

of lees dit is

When clocked, this delightful circuit will sample the incoming analog voltage at each pulse, and sequentially shift the stored voltage progressively down a row of three outputs . The Psycho Shift-Register can be used for example, to repeat a melody of control voltages around to several successive oscillator voices - Just like a choral group singing repeating melodies in four-part round-robin style.
