Heb je deze drivers geprobeerd:

For the card to work properly under Windows XP and be detected by the system, your unit must have the Service Pack 2.
If your operating system is windows Windows 2000, you must have Service Pack 4.
Therefore, before you install the card, update your operating system with Microsoft Windows Update, then install the card, and if it fails, change it to another PCI slot.
If the operating system fails to automatically or correctly detect the drivers, uninstall the drivers you have installed from the device administrator and reboot the system; when it has rebooted, it will ask for the location of the drivers.
Cancel this assistant and run Setup.exe in the “Drivers” folder of the CD attached to the product.
Continue with the steps of the installation and reboot the system when the assistant requires you to do so.
Lees ook even het volgende, maar dan moet je wel spaans naar nederlands vertalen. Heb ook geen idee of hier hetzelfde probleem besproken wordt, maar lijkt er wel op:

Zijn nl. de eerste die ik geprobeerd heb. USB2.0. drivers zijn gekoppeld aan sp1/2, daarmee zou ik niet eens drivers nodig hebben. maar is het gewoon plug and play
