Really need an Ibanez HD 500 /1000 /1500

My husband is looking for an Ibanez Harmony Device 500 or 1000 or 1500.
I'd really like to find one for him but I can't find them for sale anywhere so I hope one of the forum readers has one in good working order they might want to sell.

Hello Matthew, Thank for your reply.
I checked and what he wants is really a HD (Harmony Device) not the DM that you mentioned. The HD is very hard to find now and from the 80's I think.
