Iemand hier bekend mee ?

Q: Can I use a USB Hub to connect my Line 6 unit to my computer?

A: No, USB hubs are not supported in any application of Line 6 hardware.
Q: I am receiving an "Error 10" code when attempting to connect my POD X3 or UX8 to my computer?

A: An "Error 10" occurs when a USB 2.0 device (i.e.POD X3 and UX8 series) is connected to a USB 1.x port. Please connect these units to a USB 2.0 port.

Q: I have updated my drivers but I still have no USB connection/MIDI timeout errors with my Line 6 device?

1) Be sure the driver has been installed correctly. See the following link for more information:
Windows: USB Device Driver InstallationMac: USB Device Driver Installation

2) Plug your Line 6 device directly into the motherboard (in the back of your desktop system), avoiding USB hubs and the front USB ports on your tower. If you are using a laptop, try all the USB ports on your laptop (some USB ports may be more robust than others). Ensure that you have removed all non-essential USB devices from your system to lower USB traffic, and uninstall all unused software on your system.

3) See the following links for more USB-related trouble shooting:

Q: I cannot find a driver to download for the Pocket POD or Backtrack?

A: The Pocket POD and Backtrack use "class compliant" drivers that are "pre-installed" in your OS. If you are having trouble connecting to these devices you should try a different USB port and update your OS to ensure you have the latest class compliant drivers on your system.

If you have tried all available USB ports on your computer and have either no device recognition or poor audio quality (clicks-pops), you will want to consider purchasing a PCI USB 2.0 card to connect your Line 6 USB audio interface.
