VERTIGO – A LIVE ELECTRONICS JOURNEY
After a succesful first edition on February 5, the Adapter collective presents their audio/video project Vertigo for the second time this year.
The program consist of a number of live IDM/electronica acts who are linked to an equal number of video artists.
This allows for one-off, mostly improvised a/v-performances unique to this night.
LIVE:
KETTEL
In the past years Kettel enriched the great catalogues of labels such as Planet Mu, Neo Ouija, Kracfive, Clone and Dub. His music covers the vast terrain between electronica,
hiphop, IDM and more classically conceived music. He is well-known for his playful, spontaneous melodies and organic sounds similar to Aphex Twin, Jega and Plaid.

Graphic designer PixyBox was first introduced to the making of visual art at the Academie voor Popcultuur.
In her visuals she combines custom-made material with animation and real-life footage, mixed at times with iconic pop culture imagery.
PSIOX
Influenced by a wide range of musical genres and artists from record labels such as WARP and Planet Mu, Adapter member Psiox aims for musical hyperspace without boundaries.
This self-proclaimed “mutant form of idm & retro-futuristic techno” often takes on a life of its own on stage, resulting in a hybrid listening experience and eclectic live performances.

249_K studied 3D design at the AKI Art Academie. He creates in his video art 3D surroundings with references to abstract architecture, typography and graphic design.
AUTONOMATIX
With roots deep in the Eindhoven underground scene, Adapter member Autonomatix likes to create his sound intuitively and in complete freedom.
In his live performances he strives to take the listener to an alternate reality. The weightless world where ideas and dreams take form.

VJ Mongoosh incorporates self-shot time laps films and animation in his performance. With a large membrane microphone he picks up rhythms he uses for his mix.

HERRFER
Known as a technically skilled “all style” dj, the sounds of dj HerrFer reflect on dark sides but result in accessible dj-sets fit for the dance floor.
HerrFer recently founded Shipwrec records which specializes in high quality electronic music on vinyl.
BERGBOS
With the dj-project “Bergbos” Adapter members Ruistuin and MuRas will take you on a journey into the depths of their musical inspiration.
