What you are looking at are some very sought after original studio reel to reels that belong to Armando Gallop. A legendary Chicago house D.J./Producer. These reels are the masters to much of the material_Armando produced_for Warehouse Records. Including His Own Material and Other Artist. The songs and tracks contained on these reels are songs in original studio 1/2", 1", and 2" format. And there are a total of 9 reels. In addition to_Armando's Studio Archieves._Other Armando produced material are on these reels such as Armani Trax, Circus Bells, Land Of Confusion, 151,_etc. Some of the other tracks are not known and do not have names being that many of them were never released. Some of the tracks on these reels_have the same "original_never released" tracks that ron hardy played at the_Musik Box._ These reels are_in excellent shape and_ready to be remixxed. Some of the reels also include the original track sheets which tells you which instruments are on certain_tracks. They were aquired when we bought Armando's entire house music collection. Some of the tracks in these reels are actually different than the ones that were actually released. The master tapes are a one of a kind item and they have never been dubbed. Most of the Early chicago house music pressed on vynil are "secondary versions". The original versions to much of the early chicago house music was played at clubs on reel to reels like these, then the artist remade the song's to be pressed.

Ik zou zeggen pioneers van de Chicago house (Ron Trent, Steve Pointexter,Farley,Knuckles,Regisford,Owens,Hardy,Hurley.etc.etc. )
geef de tape's een plaatsje.

Zou je meteen release rechten hebben als je die tapes opkoop?

Ik neem aan van niet nee. Armando is in 1996 overleden, dus de rechten liggen bij zijn erfgenamen. Misschien dat die tapes inclusief de rechten zijn verkocht door die erfgenamen, maar ik neem aan dat de gelukkige bezitter dat wel vermeld zou hebben als dat het geval zou zijn. Of het is een 'instinkertje', en worden de rechten later nog 's los te koop aangeboden aan degene die de tapes koopt, om de koper zo flink leeg te schudden? Wie weet.

Er staat ook in dat het materiaal klaar is om geremixed te worden... daar zullen dan vervolgens wel de echte $$ mee verdiend worden door de verkoper

Is het doemdenken als ik zeg: "Ze worden in Frankrijk aangebonden omdat dit land nu eenmaal Europa is. In Europa is de house scene groot met veel jonge en onervaren producers en dus veel potentiële 'prooien' voor de bovengenoemde praktijken." ?

Vind het anders wel heel erg vaag dat die dingen voor die habbekrats op internet gedrop't worden.
