After the extreme edition during Studio Stekker Festival we tone it down a bit. But not musically!! Actually this night maybe be more sonically extreme than last time. 3 acts this time.
Allert will team up with guitar player extraordinaire Bo Menning of Aestrid SOS to do an improvised atmospheric set that integrates Bo's guitar into the modular as much as possible.
Jos Smolders is a staple of the experimental electronics scene in the Netherlands releasing on his own label Earlabs, Staalplaat, Korm Plastics. He was also a member of the legendary THU20. More info about his performance later.
Mono-Poly is Dennis Verschoor and the founder of Noodlebar. As we stated before, his events are a big influence on Modulation as an event and we urge you to visit his monthly nights in Rotterdam. We are very proud to have him perform at Modulation and we are very curious as to what he will sound like this night.
