[Improvements]
1. Sequencer timing accuracy is improved.
2. The same note is re-triggered previous note on duration, first note off is effective for only previous voice.
[Bug fixes]
1. Sequence glitch every 29 minutes after power on.
2. Click at sample end if "loop" is set in Trim mode and
"One shot" is selected in Program mode.
3. Inhibit entering Record mode when sequence is running in recording mode to avoid crash.
