I'm the one on doing this project - Saw lots of traffic on the site coming from .nl and found this page. So I figured I could chime in and say hi! (Sorry my dutch is really poor and limited to selected swear words..) Running this page on google translate, so I might mess somethings up. Also I don't have any experience on your forum, so I apologize if stuff comes out the wrong way! (Every forum has it's own culture, and it's important to adapt imho...)
I see you're in the price guessing game. And as you've probably notices you can't find it on Muff. Main reason is I'd like the discussion on Muff to be short. In my experience things can get a little heated over there. And I like to stay out of the kitchen and focus on other stuff instead.
But I'll try my wings here and share some stuff and we'll see how it goes!
Just a reminder that everything is preliminary! I mean I haven't got a working prototype yet... (Hopefully I'll have one in about a month.)
Things I kind of know - No need to find a BOM, I've made a shared shopping basket at Mouser - just order it and you got like 95% of the components. The things missing are a few FET transistors (ebay) and the jacks which has to be ordered from Erthervar (If they're good enough). Total cost for all components should be around €250-300. The panel and PCB will be about €400.
Things I don't know - Case / box / place to put it in. Honestly I haven't really thought of it. Once I get everything working I'll deal with this. I'd like mine with toolex, someone said it was expensive. I hope not.
So if you can find someone to build it for €2-300 - You could get one for about €1000 I guess!
