Ja, inderdaad, maar dan nog.
Daarom zei ik, als je de 800 in de zgn. "diagnostic mode" zet (die de reparateurs gebruiken om het instrument te checken) kom ik nog maar aan een waarde van zo'n 45. En dit is onafhankelijk van wat je op het instrument ingesteld heb.

To put your JD-800 into diagnostic mode, where you can find out your ROM
version, among other things, switch into multi mode, and then hold down the
Left and Right cursor buttons, and press the exit button. To get out of
diagnostic mode, you'll need to press the exit button while pressing the
bottom 8 button.
1. choose the MULTI-MODE
2. press LEFT , RIGHT , EXIT at the same time
... now you are in the test-mode
to choose the different tests press EXIT and a BANK or NUMBER button.
EXIT + BANK 1 = RAM test
EXIT + BANK 2 = RAMCARD test
EXIT + BANK 3 = test of the 3 PCM ROMS
EXIT + BANK 4 = PCM CARD test
EXIT + BANK 5 = test of all buttons, if you press a button you'll see the
name of the button in the display
EXIT + BANK 6 = test of all LED's , move the pitch-bender to speed up or
slow down
EXIT + BANK 7 = test of the faders, move the faders and see what happens
EXIT + BANK 8 = test of the waveform fader
EXIT + NUMBER 1 = test of the Keys, the pichtbender and the mod-wheel, move
or press the wheels and the keys
EXIT + Number 2 = test of hold and expression pedal
EXIT + Number 3 = test of the keys and their velocity reaction
EXIT + Number 4 = test of the midi connection, test of the midi wires
EXIT + number 6 = test of the effects
EXIT + Number 8 = back to the normal MULTI_MODE
