I´ve sent this email to you because you have
subscribed to the Waldorf Soundcorner in the past.
Here are the latest information about Waldorf:
I guess you have heard that there has been filed
insolvency requests against Waldorf-Music AG.
Today there is no chance that we will see a
"healthy" new Waldorf company. But there are some
(hopefully good) news about the "time after
Waldorf":
1. Stadler Electro
Stadler Electro was found on February 1st 2004 by
Frank Schneider and Stefan Stenzel, both former
employees of Waldorf-Music AG. Currently they are
offering services for software & hardware
development, construction and consulting. They
have also began to develop and market own
products.
Stadler Electro is also doing repairs for
existing Waldorf units (like Wave, Microwave,
Pulse etc.).

2. audio-fabrik
audio-fabrik is my own company. Together with my
partner Florian Gypser (former Waldorf Service
Employee) we have picked up the complete Waldorf
soundset series and some merchandise stuff. This
is available through our international online
store, which can be found here:

We also offer (together with Stadler Electro)
some last Waldorf units (microQ and RackAttack)
for a special price and full warranty.
3. Unofficial Waldorf Website
The Waldorf web server is now hosted by some Waldorf enthusiasts.
Most of the "old" Waldorf web pages can be found

This also includes the Waldorf User Forum (former
users have to subscribe again).
