kijk zelf, wordt vanzelfsprekend met Izotope Iris 2, vergeleken, wat een bizonder plugin was, maar IOTA 2, is zoveel meer, zo- zo- zo- veel meer.

"Iota II is an advanced and in depth experimental visual workshop of multi-sampling. It is a very open ended device that allows you to approach sampling from many directions and use cases both simple and complex. It centers around a visual spectrogram of a sample where playback sequences can be drawn as 2D points where each point represents a playback and filtering position that matches the spectrogram (X being the sample position and Y being the filtering position). Various layers of playback sequences can be created across multiple samples all with unique playback/effect/other settings. The playback can be triggered in a variety of ways, and the playback has various modes, algorithms, and settings (including physics). This allows you to use the instrument in so many ways: a precise multisample chopper, a concatenative synthesizer, many forms of granular synth, various types of spectral and resampling for wild textures, rhythms, that can span many genres, and really much more use cases yet to be discovered; an endless rabbit hole BEAST of a sampler.
