Bugfixes

Editing the midi mapping in the global slot could crash Machiendrum.
Particularly playing drum M4 would freeze the Machinedrum. Fixed.
When changing tempo in cubase Machinedrum could act confused. Fixed.
When starting Machinedrum from a sequencer from a position corresponding to the last note in a pattern Machinedrum would sometimes not sync. Fixed
When starting Machinedrum from a sequencer just as Machinedrum did a fallback to internal tempo the start message could be lost. Fixed.
When starting Machindrum from logic after fallback to internal tempo sometimes Machinedrum would not sync. Fixed.

When using pattern chaining with patterns of different length the first pattern was not played with the correct length the first time. Fixed.
With two notes next to each other on a midi machine, the first could not be shorter than a 1/16. Fixed.
When in play, pressing rec & play to enter realtime rec, a sync signal was sent that makes other gear, e.g. FR777, that is synced restart. Fixed.

Song mutes did not work the first row or after a jump or loop. Fixed.

An LFO trig was sometime lost. Fixed.

When changing to a unused pattern in extended Machinedrum does not change kit.
When receiving sysex dumps with kit+pat and using specified receive position, the correct kit and patterns are re-associated.
New global slot option, pgm change-on/off, selects if program change should be received.
Undo of all clear functions, by pressing func+clear once more.
-- Sequencer --
When pressing stop in pattern chain mode the chain is reset, pressing stop while already in stop exits pattern chain mode. (Used to be that the first stop exited pattern chain mode).
Chaining of pattern is active as long as any of the chained drum buttons are held down. (Used to be only as long as the first of chained drum buttons was held down).
Holding a pattern selection button shows used patterns by a lit led.

When going from 16 to 32 pattern length, the low 16 note are copied if the high 16 notes are unused.
