If you cannot see the sound library from the Stylus RMX Browser, this is an indication of one of two possible problems:
1. The SAGE folder is not in the right location.
2. The contents of the SAGE folder are incomplete.
The Spectrasonics folder must contain a folder named “SAGE”. This SAGE may be either a complete SAGE folder or a shortcut/alias to a complete SAGE folder.
For Windows users, the Spectrasonics folder is located in the Program Files folder.
For Mac users, the Spectrasonics folder is located in the <user>/Library/Application Support folder.
You also need to verify that the contents of the Core Library folder are complete within SAGE/Stylus RMX/. All the Contents need to be installed, which will result in fourteen “.db” files and one “order.txt” file within the Core Library folder. The WatchMe video that is included on RMX Disc 1 provides detailed instruction on how to properly install the files from the discs to your hard drive.
Version 1.0-1.2 of Stylus RMX had eight .db files. Version 1.5 increased the number to 14 .db files.
To verify that your SAGE folder is complete, make sure the Stylus RMX/Core Library folder has all fourteen.db files and one order.txt file.
Your SAGE Folder contents should look like the attached screenshoot after a full installation:
