Looks EXACTLY like a Moog Voyager!! Is this legal?! It's a complete rip-off. Looks nice though

I was a bit confused by the name but it all makes sense now. Viking was Sweden's first satellite, which ties in with the American Voyager probe exploration program & the fact that the VK-1 GUI is a blatant copy of the Moog Voyager front panel ..... I think!

Ik dacht nog snel Antidote te kopen aan de introductieprijs, maar met die nieuwe synth die eraan zit te komen weet ik het niet meer... Hopelijk komt die er snel, zodat ik die ook nog kan demo-en voordat mijn Antidote demo verloopt.

Ik heb de Viking net getest, niks voor mij. Net zo'n oud geluid als de korg poly RE.

Even een demo gemaakt met de uhbik-d erachter, die ga ik wel halen nice soundscapes met automation !

Misschien moet LennarDigital maar gewoon een RE versie maken van de S1.

Al klinkt die Antidote wel erg goed hoorde ik in demos op Youtube!

Als ik heel eerlijk ben vind ik die Viking er ook niet uitzien voor een 2012 Plugin. Maar da's bijzaak natuurlijk.

Antidote klinkt echt geweldig gewoon. Ik ben al jaren een sylenth1 gebruiker en dat is ook exact de synth waar ik hem graag mee vergelijk. Die youtube video's doen geen recht aan het geluid, je moet antidote zelf realtime horen Misschien moek eens een demootje maken met wat presets ervan.

1 van de irritatiepunten van Reason was ook de schermen die maar niet op twee 24 inch schermen handig naast elkaar konden staan. Is dat nu wel mogelijk?

Heb gisteren wat zitten spelen met Viking, maar ga toch gewoon Antidote aanschaffen aan de introductie prijs. Uit Viking komen wel vette bassen, maar welke idioot heeft beslist om die synth monofoon te maken (ja, de echte Minimoog Voyager is ook monofoon, maar dit is software dus kan toch eenvoudig polyfoon gemaakt worden). Antidote kan ook zeer vette bassen maken, en nog zoveel meer (goeie fx, een leuke arpeggiator, ...).

Viking is een gemiste kans door zijn beperkingen.

Dat was ook mijn argument en dat van veel anderen idd. Gemiste kans maar RE ontwikkelaars kennende zal er wellicht toch een poly/mono switch knop op komen als iedereen zo blijft klagen.

Synapse audio heeft zijn deep reverb geupdate met filters en mod knop en nog wat dingen:

- Modulation knob to control the amount of modulation.
- Low and High Cut filters.
- CV Inputs for both filters on the back panel.

Enhancements:

- Reverb buffers are now cleared during bypass/off, as well as on reset requests.

The modulation switch (on/off) still exists for backwards compatibility - it can be useful to A/B compare between modulation and no modulation though.
