The project features obscurities and we whole heartily promote the idea of sampling and covering selections. If you are inquiring from a copyright perspective, we don't have anything to do with the copyrights, publishing or licensing on any material that has been featured and they belong to the artists/labels in question. Do keep in mind that you are working from an obscure collection. A perfect vehicle to work from in our humble opinion.
Here are a few ideas:
- Sample. Work bits and pieces into your own new compositions.
- Cover a song featured on the project. Or two. Or three.
- Base a new song on something that inspired you.
