I need a good synclead

I wonder if someone can help me to find a good synclead. The sound that I'm looking for sounds like this:

I read on the discussion board at www.spacesynth.de that it shall be possible to make a good synclead with the Pro53, but I wonder if there are some free alternative (ie. are there some free VSTis or some free sample/soundfont that can give this result ?

I assume that it is quite easy to make a patch that sounds like this, but I haven't succeeded to make one yet. I'm looking for a patch that has a good feeling and deep.

tik maar eens laserdance in op google dan krijg je vanzelf wel een door verwijzing naar
de laserdance studio van erik van vliet en michel van der kuy.(de mannen die dit maken)
volgens mij gebruiken ze een synth van korg voor die lead maar als je een synth wil hebben
die zeker dat geluid kan maken kun je het beste een yamaha an1x kopen. sucses

Besides the JX-3, 8, 10... (which are great), do anyone knows a cheeper alternative to make the synclead (ie. a free VSTi ?)

Off-topic maar misschien is het een leuke uitdaging voor iedereen hier op het forum om een keer een italo track te maken en te posten!! Het lijkt me best een uitdaging en een aparte klus om die specifieke sound te krijgen!

Nog ff on-topic dan: die sync lead is prima uit een jp-80*0 te halen.
Ik heb het ook nog even op mijn jx-10 geprobeerd en dat gaat idd ook prima maar de jp-8080 is wat aggresiever.
Een goedkoper alternatief zou je kunnen vinden in de freeware vst flugin Superwave P8 (virtuele jp8080)

Yes, the Superwave P8 is really great. I think this is the best free VSTi available at the moment, and I find the patch "Final Countdown" very useful.
Although, I haven't find a good synclead patch in the SuperwaveP8 synth yet.
