set you latency at 512 samples
internal sometimes will be set at 64 samples
witch is sometime to high ...

what are you running os9 or osx ?

hi MaDer

I'm running
Machine Model:Power Mac G4
CPU Type: PowerPC G4 (2.9)

maybe I should mention that when I load this song I get a 'creating overview for ...." each audio track ,this is the small progress bar window on the top left cornor of my arrange window, followed by a
'read/write does not allow writing Result code -61 ' this happens for each audio track in the song.
many thanks

my system is
OSX
10.3.3

should be powerful enough huh ?

ah oke .. that good .. but maybe to heavy
i'm still on 10.2.8 ..

anyway that write error i have never had ..
can't think of what the problem is there ..

how man y plugins are you running ?
you can use mouse option click to temp. disable them in the trackmixer ..

did you set your latency to 512 ?
that would cure the core audio overload .. maybe

also check the LAW list on yahoo groups .. it's big and ppl are helpfull
first read the archive or search for your error in the archived messages ..

eh mmm eh solved

eh mmm eh solved

:halleluja

ok you can laugh now but I found the problem ....
yes it's true ..... I admit it
i was using the audio files from a cd ...
how silly ,,
but you know I found out some useful settinmg fr the future
and thanks anyway
ro

let me guess ... :biertje: + :peukie:

hehehehe anyway good it working again

System overload: OSX met laatste patches, Logic Studio laatste patches, MacPro (geen book), 6Gb RAM, striping en dan nog latency naar 512 moeten zetten? =(
