To clear up some mysteries (being in the lucky (?) position of actually owning several of the instruments mentioned here):
Oxygene 2/4: Mostly Korg MP-7 Mini Pops. Earlier models (easily distinguishable thanks their champagne-coloured metal cap on the tempo control) feature exactly this rhythm while later models have slightly altered rhythms. There might be some EKO thrown in here, too, but after having listened to one of those old MP-7s I´m not that convinced anymore as I used to be.
Oxygene 5: RMI Harmonic Synthesizer for bass line, "hand-clapping" noise sequence, and occasional odd beeps and boops around the main sequence. I´m not sure if this isn´t an ARP2600 that comes in at the end of the track after that noise burst but it could also be the RMI arpeggiator in "random" mode.
Oxygene 6: Korg MP-7. Those cheesy Guiro and Quijada sounds are something to die for... I did some 15 years ago 8-)
Equinoxe 4: EKO Compute Rhythm. At the end of the track where rhythm and sequencing get more intense you can hear those characteristic CR78 maracas playing trills and offbeats. Jarre used a CR78, I asked him about that. The 12" edit features some (awfully out-of-time) clapping onto Synare 3 drum UFOs. The JHS wasn´t used by Jarre, and the only live video I´ve ever seen of Ultravox´ "Vienna" clearly showed a Synare 3.
Equinoxe 5: Geiss Rhythmicomputer (de facto a gutted MP-7 made programmable in a similar fashion as the EKO). The EKO might show up here, too, but I haven´t been able to spot it.
Equinoxe 6: 2x ARP 2600, controlled by a Matrisequencer. One is doing the bass line, the other one does the s/h stuff. No RMI in here. Not sure about the Oberheim Two Voice.
Equinoxe 7: The "á la Concorde" remix relies heavily on a CR78 as a rhythmic backbone.

BTW, Cor Bolten also has an EKO Compute Rhythm but to my knowledge it isn´t working (yet). Two were taken to a dumpster by a German music retailer, one is owned by some folks in Germany (formerly owned by Dirk Matten), one was for sale in France about ten years ago (asking price FF 60,000) so I guess there are about ten units around still (of some 15 to 25 made). Now I could elaborate on the revisions this instrument went through...
