hardware variant Ableton filter delay?

In Ableton Live zit een hele gave filter delay. 3 delay's in parallel met elk hun eigen filters en sync mogelijkheden. Het is een erg tof effect om een simpel synth-lijntje heel veel power en breedte mee te geven.

Omdat ik liever met hardware werk, vroeg ik me af of een dergelijk effect ook in een hardware processor te vinden is. De processors die ik tot nu toe kon vinden hebben twee delay's parallel, en juist die derde er bij maakt het zo leuk . Bovendien zijn de filteropties niet altijd even uitgebreid.

De behringer V-verb heeft twee effecten die er op lijken.

Eentje met twee delay's in parallel, maar beide gebruiken dezelfde filter.
De andere is wel 3 delays in parallel, maar geen filters (alleen crossover voor de delay, dus een delay voor laag, mid en hoog.)

En natuurlijk kun je het na gaan bouwen in een Modular G2, maar om nou zo'n ding daarvoor te gaan kopen vind ik ook wat overdreven...

But FX Designer is not just for creation of well-known effects that can be implemented standalone much better - it's designed to create new, unheard before effects. Take an example: With it it's possible to make a reverb that would sound like a room with sizes warping over time in impossible ways.

To create all that variety of the effects FX Designer offers 6 modulated delay lines with comb/allpass mode switch, 6 assignable LFOs and flexible tap signal router that allows to interconnect taps into a network.

- Filter Bank: 3 types of 24 dB filter (Low-Pass, Band-Pass and High-Pass) in parallel mode with each line out of four lines available. A total of 12 stereo auto-oscillating Moog-way conceived filters.
- Low Frequency Oscillator Bank: 3 LFO's with their 3 offset adders in each line connected directly to the Filter Controls (cut off, resonance and panning). A total of twelve 0-to-40 Hz logarithmic LFO's working in parallel mode. All parameters are easily and directly controllable with the knobs by the user (amplitude, frequency and offset).

Infiltrator is a creative sound-shaping tool for use in the studio and on stage, essentially based around two banks of powerful filters. It was principally designed as a powerful vocoder, but has evolved into something much more and is capable of working as a wide range of filtering FX and tools.

Maar goed, ik heb nog niets gevonden ondertussen...

Ik bedacht me net dat het waarschijnlijk wel met een Digitech Quad moet lukken. Dan ben je wel meteen 3 van de 4 engine's kwijt, maar goed.
En dat ding heb ik anderhalf jaar geleden juist verkocht omdat ik 'm behoorlijk tegen vond vallen.

Ja kan op zich wel. Maar moet ik wel eerst een grotere geluidskaart kopen, en live vind ik dat ook niet zo handig. (laptopje meeslepen voor een delaytje vind ik wat overdreven....)
De D-two van TC kan het niet, heb ik al opgezocht. Echo pro is een goed idee, ik zal eens kijken.

Gek eigenlijk dat 't nergens anders in zit, 't is zo'n simpel effectje.

Ja, dat ding ziet er inderdaad wel goed uit. Wel weer idioot dat je je eerst moet registreren op de website van Line 6 voordat je de manual kan downloaden .
