Wellicht dat de mogelijkheden hetzelfde zijn (compressor, maximizer) maar het geluid is echt even wat anders nu (FET vs. mclass compressor, Ozone Maximizer vs mclass maximizer, tsar/uhbik-A/DR-1 vs RV7000, Predator vs Thor, af-4/saturation knob/resampler vs scream4, shelob vs spider etc.)

Ik werk al lange tijd niet meer met Reason, maar als ik dit zie begint het toch wel weer te kriebelen

Nice, eindelijk een sequencing RE (op 't eerste zicht lijkt het niet mogelijk om de lengte van de loop aan te passen, dat zou wel jammer zijn). Meer van da!

PDT2 v 1.2.1 now includes:

1) A Gate dial now controls the length of the trigger signal sent out of the Gate CV.

2) A Steps dial now determines the number of steps in the sequence pattern, from 1 to 32. (Steps beyond 16 wrap around to the beginning of the dial sequence.)

3) A Speed dial determines how fast, and at what resolution, the pattern plays - from each step lasting a half note, to each step lasting a 36th note. Triplets included.

4) A Seed In CV on the back of the PDT2. Hook an external LFO to the Seed In CV to make the PDT2 always random, every time you press play, even if you don’t change any dials.

Rob Papen is vet !!!! RP distort en Subboombass komen eraan !!!!!!!!!

Punch has multiple pages/panels.... So with current RE system, impossible.
So we have to wait with this one, or make a more stripped down version.
This means limited in some way (without the sequencers) but with only the pads.

So it is on our radar...but first we release RP-Distort and SubBoomBass for RE. RP-Distort hopefully in November.

Predator RE is geupdate naar 1.02

Latest version Predator-RE version 1.0.2
changes:
- non aliasing oscillators
- 4x oversampling default setting
- new patches inside: Predator dance 04/Classic Synth 04/DubStep 02/TONAL AXiS/TheCyberDemon (new artist patches)
- Standard Reason Note Input (Gate & CV) , so you can properly trigger Reason from other devices now.

mooi verhaal van de maker van de 2 probality re's, Ochen K:

I'm just a dude. I'm not an "audio effect plug-in corporation." No offense to those who make a living at making plug-ins. But I'm not. I'm just doing this because there are things that I wish Reason could do. When the SDK allows me to do them, I make a plug in.

By the way, I've never done audio plug-ins before. Never made a VST. That's how awesome the RE SDK is. Some random dude with a little bit of a music background combined with a little bit of a programming background can get the SDK and make some (I think) cool REs. Big ups to Propellerheads for making this a possibility.

And this is why my REs are so cheap. I don't need to pay my rent with RE money, so why hike the price up? I've chosen the cheapest price Propellerhead will let me. And realistically, the money I make just goes into buying other REs from other developers. Win-win!

So yes, I should create a site for them, and yes, I should probably try to be all "official" looking. But seriously, I'm just a dude who wanted Reason to do a few things that it couldn't already do.

mooi verhaal van de maker van de 2 probality re's, Ochen K

Die PTD2 van Ochen K is de eerste RE die ik gekocht heb (Pulsar en de Saturation Knob heb ik nog gratis kunnen bemachtigen). Moet zeggen dat die developer snel reageert op funtion requests (zo vroeg ik hem via het forum of er een step dail kon worden toegevoegd en enkele dagen later kwam er een update die dat implementeerde ).

Als er nu nog iemand een super arpeggiator maakt (iets zoals de BlueARP VST) koop ik dat dirrect. En nog meer CV REs zijn altijd welkom (iets zoals Five12's Numerology in Reason lijkt mij echt de max).
