UDO Audio komt met een nieuwe synth. 8 voice, 2 part multitimbral. Bevat twee 4 voice Analog-hybride synths. Lijkt een soort mini Gemini.

DMNO is een 8-stemmige, 2-delige multitimbrale krachtpatser met een zeer flexibele en dynamische signaalarchitectuur. Hij beschikt over twee onafhankelijke 4-stemmige analoog-hybride synthesizers, elk uitgerust met onze nieuwe Dynamic Multi-Core Stereo VCF. Met zijn acht creatieve speelmodi ontsluit DMNO dynamische interacties tussen de twee klankkleuren met één druk op de knop, terwijl de flexibele analoge en digitale audioconnectiviteit hem tot een werkelijk uitgebreide en directe sandbox voor sounddesign maakt.

A new approach to analog. DMNO merges UDO’s championed hybrid sound with a cutting-edge, playful, and performative control architecture. Eight-voice polyphony, dual hybrid binaural synth-engines, and the entirely new per-voice Dynamic Multi-Core Stereo Filter system deliver a deep sonic palette — from extreme, overdriven textural scenes to rich, organic analog warmth. Each engine features its own dedicated control set, encouraging immediate exploration and powerful play.

At the heart of DMNO is the Play Modes system. Instantly reconfigure the internal architecture at the touch of a single control with 8 carefully curated modes that redefine how the two timbres interact — with traditional splits and layers sitting alongside novel, creative, and unexpected configurations. Complementing this versatility is a suite of flexible connectivity options, including an analog audio input with preamplifier, gate generator, and envelope follower, CV/Gate connections for the analog realm, and a 24-bit USB class-compliant digital audio interface.

While the core UDO sound stands confidently on its own, DMNO also includes a high-resolution digital effects engine. Delay, reverb, EQ, distortion, chorus — each effect has been meticulously crafted, capable of subtle to extreme tones that are always musical, never abrasive (unless you want them to be). All of this is controlled via the best screen we could find: a beautifully sharp, yet somehow warm and organic, high-contrast electroluminescent glass vacuum fluorescent display (VFD).

Da's ongeveer 2x erover imo. Ik had deze een beetje in het TEO/Take-5 segment verwacht. Ik ben niet zo'n fan van Udo, al hebben ze wel mooie designs op zich. Deze vind ik er wel mooi uitzien ook, maar 4 voices (of 2x4 voices) is wel echt te weinig. En dat voor 3k dan?

Ik zag ook nog een grijze uitvoering ergens trouwens. -edit oh staat ook in het artikel:
