da's storing van het LCD-schermpje, valt nix aan te doen (behalve achteraf die frequenties eruitfilteren en hopen ze niet ook in je muziek zitten)Origineel geplaatst door Jena_mu6

As far as I can tell, the Gameboy Advanced emulates the Gameboy(due to the fact that its microprocessor is completely different) I also believe the sound is 16bit, so it might sound a bit cleaner- like the clicks you get when changing panning would probably not be present. Also the screen is Active Matrix as oppose to LCD, which would reduce the line noise.
All in all my guess the sound quality would be somewhere in the middle- the Gameboy color produces MAD noise and the sound is ‘cold’ (less bass.) The Gameboy Pocket has less noise and a better ‘warmer’ sound. And the old gray Gameboy has a much nicer sound (louder, even more bass). Theoretically the Gameboy Advanced would have the same cold and quiet sound (running off 2 batteries), but no noise from the screen. So in the studio you can pump up the bass and volume.
It also had a screen that you can use in the dark. And the CPU is much faster (maybe a more accurate sync, less delays when changing screens)
Cheers,
Timothy
