2 ms latency met C-MEDIA

heb asio drivers gevonden voor low budget geluidskaarten waar een latency van 2 ms mee mogelijk moet zijn
leek me heel erg mooi dus ik meteen downloaden van www.asio2ks.de (login beta, pass 20030303)
geinstalleerd, ingesteld, en meteen FLStudio opgestart, deze kwam gelijk met het instellingen scherm naar voren, ben alle instellingen nagelopen, volgens mij klopte alles, wil de instellingen afsluiten en flstudio loopt vast, eigenlijk, m'n hele computer loopt vast, muis beweegt niet meer reageert nergens meer op,
ik opnieuw opstarten, nog een keer proberen, zelfde probleem, ik denk ik probeer het met een ander programma, geprobeerd met de standalone versies van fm7 en pro53, geen enkel probleem werkt perfect met die asio drivers en inderdaad een latency van niks.

Nou vroeg ik mij af of iemand enig idee heeft wat ik fout doe, stel ik iets verkeerd in in fruity ofzo? hij blijft maar vastlopen zodra ik het instellingen scherm af wil sluiten, de-installeer ik de drivers dan doet ie weer normaal, maarja ik wil natuurlijk graag een lage latency, dus wie helpt me hier ff uit de brand...

voor flp. misschien de latency toch nog iets omhoog gooien? naar 3 t/m 10 ms ofzo?

ook al geprobeerd, latency op t hoogste gezet maar loopt dan net zo mooi vast

misschien kun je nog beta tester worden ook

lijkt me duidelijk is ongeveer hetzelfde alleen het eind, hij sluit 'm niet af als ie vastloopt, iemand enig idee of dit een instelling van fruity zou kunnen zijn??
op die site staat dat ie getest is met cubase en dat ie daar mee werkt, zou ie het toch ook met fruity moeten doen??

ik heb hetzelde probleem, bagger. koop ik express een splinternieuwe voor me midi, NOG steeds vertraging met Reason. klote zooi. keep me informed

ik heb die drivers ooit ook geprobeert ... er moet een bug zijn met fruityloops want ik had dat ook...
maar zo lukte het toen wel...

eerst de asio instellingen instellen hoe het hoort via de control pannel (niet in fruity)

dan asio driver selecteren in fruity
niks veranderen - niks instellen - niks afspelen

fruityloops afsluiten

terug opstarten en gewoon met fruity werken...
niks meer aan de asio instellingen veranderen want dan loopt ie vast...

zo werkte dat een tijd geleden voor mij... ik heb die kerel toen gemailt over dat probleem ( 2 keer ) maar hij vertikte het om hierop te reageren... gelukkig had ik later mn delta 44...

anders moet je eens proberen om fl studio als vsti in cubase te gebruiken - via cubase zouden de drivers goed moeten werken...

heb die gast ook al gemaild met screenshots van m'n fruity en die lijst met commando's maar nog geen reactie, zodra ik een betere oplossing heb gevonden zal ik 'm met jullie delen

Misschien is sparen voor een fatsoenlijke geluidskaart ook nog niet eens zo verkeerd.

Dit is nogal onhandig om mee te werken. Stel voor je bent lekker aan het klooien en hij crashed en je hebt niet gesaved.
Lijkt me de investering waard.

ben al aan het sparen voor een fatsoenlijke geluidskaart, maar dat kan nog wel een maandje duren en ik word echt gek van dat gehaper in de muziek, maar volgens mij heb ik 'm nu aardig aan de praat
ben trouwens toch al gewend om de 5 min crtl+s (save) te doen, rest van de pc is ook een beetje onstabiel...
