Shure,
what have to buy from a top brand e.g. Penny & Giles :
12 stereo pot's 100 K linear,
7 pot's 1 Meg logarithmic (not as good as the original,
but certainly usable) and
4 pot's 20 K linear
Unsolder all old pot's and connect wire by wire, drill open
the pot holes to mount them and glue some foam on the bottom
of the FB, to prevent the PCB to make short cirquits.
You don't have to fix the PCB with screws, because so many wires
(I suggest to use good quality, and keep them as short as possible)
will hold it on it's place.
The floorplan of the 100 K pot looks like this : 2-1-1'-2'-3'-3
Good luck & be careful not to harm the thru metalliastions (top to bottom conduction of the pot pad's)
Oh, I forgot something important :
Also re-connect the big pads the holded the pot's in place
with a short wire. This must be done because the metal pot
body's, act as conducting bridges for ground signals.
With drilling the pot holes, I mean the pot holes in the metal
case, so the heavy duty pots can be mounted with nuts there.
Don't ever drill in the PCB !
Just in case..
